Here are some photographs of the tugboats that used to work in New London harbor, along the Thames River, in Long Island Sound and wherever their services were required.
Built for the T.A. Scott Company in 1907, the wrecking steamer Tasco worked in and around New London and up and down the Atlantic coast until 1917 when she joined the Navy as the USS Tasco as a minesweeper.
