Introduction

"A Maritime Sampler" takes its name from an exhibit at the Custom House Maritime Museum Sept. 12 to Oct. 25, 2009. Museum director Susan Tamulevich came up with the name and designed this attractive poster.

The exhibit consists of titles featured from 2009 to 2019 as Books of the Month in the Sunday newsletter of the Maritime Society, arranged in ten categories starting with Lighthouses: Beacons of Safety for Mariners. You may navigate forward (or back) by clicking on the headings at the bottom of each page. The same headings appear in the sidebar.

All exhibits will be seen to best advantage using the "Full Screen" option on desktop or laptop computers.
