Poster for the 15th Anniversary exhibit

The poster for the 15th anniversary celebration used a primitive, often-copied 18th century map of New London harbor as the background for the text.  The map depicts the location of British ships when the city was attacked and burned under the command of Benedict Arnold in 1781. The equally infamous Battle of Groton Heights followed directly, on the east bank of the Thames.
